DECO CRYSTAL for ReMix
Glittery mineral effect indoors and outdoors.
We recommend our CRYSTAL additive for our REMIX footing and decorative plaster, for a polished stone effect on footing plasters containing natural stones, e.g. N-natural, W-white. With coloured crushed stone, a discreet, glittery mineral effect can be achieved.
For a more notable effect, we recommend using 1 mini tub (260 g) of additive for every 1 bucket (15 kg) of REMIX footing and decorative plaster, but, depending on the amount of further additives, this can be increased or decreased at will.The substrate should have the same properties as those given for REMIX footing and decorative plaster intended for use.
The preparation and the priming to be carried out are the same as those for REMIX footing and decorative plaster intended for use.
Material requirement:
1 jar (260 g) of CRYSTAL additive per 1 bucket (15 kg) REVCO REMIX footing and decorative plaster is recommended.
Application temperature: During application and drying, the temperature of both the air and the wall surface must be between +5°C and +25°C.
Surface drying time: It is the same as that for REMIX footing and decorative plaster intended for use.
Total drying time: It is the same as that for REMIX footing and decorative plaster intended for use.
Suitability for repainting and repairing: The glittery surface can be later repainted with REVCO REMIX COVER footing and conscrete paint.
The values given are valid at 20°C temperature and 42% relative humidity. As the weather changes, with lower temperatures and higher humidity, the drying times become longer, with higher temperatures and lower humidity, the drying times become shorter.
Storage life: In original, unopened packaging in a dry place, the glitter additive may be stored indefinitely; it is not frost-sensitive.
Packaging: 260 gWhile drying, the agent must be protected from direct sunlight, draught, frost, driving rain, and temperatures above 25°C. Please refer to the technical information before application. Our technical specification is based on the premise that our products are used by trained professionals. The product and the information leaflet have been produced on the basis of our latest experience and knowledge, but this does not exempt the user from carrying out preliminary practical tests and colour checks. After starting the application, no complaints with respect to colour shall be accepted.
