AURA premium render

REVCO AURA is a ready-to-use, water-based, premium quality thin coat render with increased binder composite content. Packaged in buckets, this  quick-dry product offers outstanding protection against micro-organic contaminants and serves as a perfect solution for decorating the external walls of old and new buildings, as well as for finishing facade thermal insulation systems (EPS, graphite EPS) and mineral wool (MW) systems.

The substrate must be permanently dry and free of dust, contaminants, movement, and shrinkage. The surface must be smoothed or levelled.

The product contains mineral substances of natural origin; therefore slight colour differences may occur with reorders or use of buckets with different filling dates. On individual sides of the building use buckets with the same  filling date or mix buckets with different filling dates in a larger container.

Priming: Only with REVCO PRIMER render primer! Prime the surface at least 24 hours before applying the decorative render. Take care to apply the primer evenly. On strongly absorbent substrates use of the REVCO PRIMER wall impregnator is recommended before applying the render primer.

Consumption:

Structure 2 mm: 2,4-2,6 kg/m2
Spachtel 1,5 mm: 2,4-2,6 kg/m2

The above values are indicative and depend on the method of application and the substrate.

Dilution: max. 300 ml of water, if necessary.

Colour: Pre-mixed in the factory, in specific colours of the REVCO IMPULSE colour card. The B2 products cannot be used independently as white colour!

Temperature: during application and drying the air and wall temperatures should be between +5 and +25° C.

Time to complete dryness: 10 hours at 20°C and a relative humidity of 42%. Lower temperatures may significantly alter drying times.

Packaging: 16 kg (net)

Shelf life: 2 years from the production date in the original, unopened packaging, keep away from direct sunlight, stored in a frost-free place (see production date on the side of the bucket: day/month/year/serial number).

Fire hazard class: Not flammable! Fire hazard class “E”.

The colours visible on samples and colour cards are indicative, but due to the granularity of the material, processing, and climatic differences a perfect colour match cannot be guaranteed.

Mix the content of the buckets with a drill with mixing attachment and check the ID codes printed on the edge of the bucket. While it is drying, protect the product from direct sunlight, draughts, freeze, splashing rain, and temperatures over 30° C.

Tools and the container used for mixing should be washed after use and any drips cleaned up immediately, as the dry product can only be removed by mechanical means.

Before use make sure to read the label on the bucket and the technical information for the product! Our technical description assumes that the product will be used by trained professionals. We have created the product and the related information according to our most up-to-date experience and knowledge; this, however, does not exempt the user from having to perform a practical test and colour verification before use. We are unable to accept complaints relating to colour after the start of application.
